Defective Product Policy
If you receive a product that is defective or not functioning properly, you must contact us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date to report the issue.
Once your claim is verified, you will be provided with one of the following resolution options:
1. Product Replacement (Mail-ln Option)
You may return the defective product to us. Upon receipt, we will send you a replacement of the exact same product at no additional cost
2. Digital File Replacement (Email Option)
You may request to receive the content via email- We will send the files associated with the
defective product to the email address you provide
Files must be downloaded to a computer
Downloads to mobile phones or mobile devices are not supported
Important Notes:
Claims made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for replacement
Returned items must match the original product sent
